What Trooth publishes. Trooth is a witness. A company claims its page on the Trooth Network by proving control of its domain. Trooth then reads public and connected evidence on a recurring schedule and publishes a record of what it observed: how many checks passed out of how many ran, when the record was last read, how long the record has been unbroken, and what changed since the previous read. Each observation carries its source and the time it was read. The outputs available through the Site (including company pages, the witnessed record, the embeddable badge, comparisons, exports, and the buyer workspace) are provided for informational, evaluative, and risk-screening purposes only. Trooth does not publish a composite figure, a rating, a grade, or an ordering of companies against each other, and nothing on the Site should be read as one.
Not a legal or regulatory certification. Trooth's outputs do not constitute, and should not be relied upon as: (a) a legal opinion, regulatory determination, or attestation of compliance under SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, or any other framework or law; (b) a substitute for an audit performed by a licensed CPA, qualified auditor, or accredited certification body; (c) legal, financial, investment, insurance, tax, medical, or other professional advice; or (d) a guarantee, warranty, or representation as to the future performance, security, safety, accuracy, fairness, or reliability of any company, product, or service listed, witnessed, or otherwise referenced through our Services. Trooth does not certify, and a witnessed record is not a certification.
A record of what was read, not due diligence. Trooth's outputs are based on the evidence available to Trooth at the time of each read, including publicly reachable configuration, systems a company has connected, and information a company has declared about itself. Such evidence may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or manipulated despite Trooth's reasonable efforts. An absent observation means Trooth did not observe the thing, which is not the same as the thing being absent. Users (including enterprise buyers, procurement teams, investors, and consumers) must conduct their own independent due diligence, audits, legal review, and risk assessment before relying on any company or product for any purpose, particularly in high-risk, regulated, or safety-critical applications.
No authorized practice of law or accounting. Trooth, LLC is not a law firm, accounting firm, CPA firm, accredited certification body, registered investment advisor, or licensed insurance broker. Information on our platform is not a substitute for advice from licensed professionals authorized to practice in the user's jurisdiction.
Third-party companies and content. The companies, products, and services that appear on the Trooth Network or other Trooth surfaces are independent third parties. Trooth does not own, operate, control, endorse, or guarantee any third-party company or product. Trooth is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, breaches, security incidents, regulatory violations, or business outcomes of any third party. Users transact with third parties at their own risk. Descriptions, logos, and documents a company provides about itself are attributed to that company and are not Trooth's statements.
AI-generated content. Some Trooth outputs, such as answers from the Kyrie assistant and draft questionnaire answers, are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence systems and are labelled as such where they appear. Generative AI does not write the facts on a company's public page. While Trooth uses reasonable care in designing and validating these systems, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, biases, or hallucinations. Users should independently check any AI-generated output before relying on it. The AI and Automated Systems Disclosure describes where AI is and is not used.
No warranty. Trooth Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trooth, LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of, or inability to use, Trooth Services or any information obtained through them. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of recovery and even if Trooth has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Site may contain testimonials by users of our products and/or services. These testimonials reflect the real-life experiences and opinions of such users. However, the experiences are personal to those particular users, and may not necessarily be representative of all users of our products and/or services. We do not claim, and you should not assume, that all users will have the same experiences. YOUR INDIVIDUAL RESULTS MAY VARY.
The testimonials on the Site are submitted in various forms such as text, audio and/or video, and are reviewed by us before being posted. Trooth publishes neither, so the list now names what Trooth actually produces. No disclaimer was narrowed by that rewrite, and the correction is recorded under our publication and correction policy.
