Incident ledger

Every incident, disclosed here.

Any security or availability incident that affects Trooth customers is recorded on this page with its scope and timeline. Entries are append-only: each one ships as a version-controlled change, so the disclosure itself carries a timestamped history, and nothing is quietly edited later.

No incidents on the ledger

The ledger opened on 2026-07-24 and has no entries. That is a claim you can check, not a promise: if this page ever changes, the change is in the public record, and an empty ledger a year from now will mean something.

This ledger records incidents that affected customers. It is not the same measurement as uptime: raw per-component availability, including every dip our own monitoring recorded, is published separately and continuously on the status page. Read both. Where a measured dip never reached a customer, it appears there and not here, and that is the only reason the two pages ever differ.

How to report: security issues go to the vulnerability disclosure program. Factual errors on this page follow the same correction path as everything else Trooth publishes.
